GUI DESIGN

Following on from my studies during my Foundation Degree, and from further study, I have a passion for designing good interfaces.

Here are a couple of designs I am working on currently, I would like to make these interactive but time is limited at the moment!

Main Menu Concept with Icons.

I have used 3D Modelling to create the icons in the menu.

I then edited the rest in Photoshop to create the buttons.

This could be made interactive in Flash.

I feel the icons are clear and the background gradient fits with the theme with the turqoise interface previously.

Another way to present the interface:

This incorporates easy to recognise icons (making it easier to instantly pick out what the user wants) and the colour scheme is easy on the eye.

So it combines functionality with ease of use.
