Training Needs Analysis for the Royal Navy
Thinking Studios has been involved with conducting Training Needs Analysis for the Royal Navy. Working with other specialists I analysed training materials and compared against the requirements.
The training material requires the system to be DSAT compliant so it is recommended that the documentation and training system be measured against guidelines set out in JSP 822.
